These Terms of Service apply to your use of amarillojunkremovalpros.com and to junk removal and dumpster rental services booked with Amarillo Junk Removal Pros (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a job, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Pricing
- Prices shown on this site and quotes given by phone, text or online are estimates based on the information you provide.
- The final price is confirmed on site, based on the actual volume, weight and type of items, before any loading begins. You may decline the job at that point.
- Extra items added on the day, or items that differ from the description, may change the price.
Scheduling and Access
- Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, traffic and earlier jobs can cause delays, and we will keep you informed.
- Please make sure we have safe, clear access to the items and the property. If you will not be home, let us know in advance how to access the items.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Items We Cannot Take
We cannot remove hazardous materials, including chemicals, solvents, paint in liquid form, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition or explosives. We may refuse any item we believe is unsafe or prohibited by law or by local disposal facilities.
Ownership of Items
By booking a job, you confirm that you own the items or have the owner’s permission to have them removed. Once loaded, items cannot be returned. Please remove anything you want to keep before we arrive.
Disposal, Donation and Recycling
We donate and recycle usable items where possible and take the rest to licensed disposal facilities. Where items end up is at our discretion.
Dumpster Rentals
Dumpster rentals are arranged through established local roll-off partners. Rental periods, weight limits, placement rules and any overage fees are confirmed with you at booking. Customers are responsible for keeping prohibited materials out of the dumpster and for any permits needed for street placement.
Property Care and Liability
We take care when working on your property. Please tell us about anything fragile, sprinkler heads, soft ground or other hazards before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by conditions we were not told about. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
